This demo shows how AI converts unstructured PDF invoices into structured CSV or Excel outputs in minutes. Using two 8-page construction contract invoices - a £1.2 million head office extension with 53 line items and a chemical engineering manufacturing contract in a different format - the Purchase Order Explorer app processes each PDF and surfaces scope of work, subcontractor details, insurance information and payment schedules in a clean UI. Outputs are downloadable in Excel and filterable by work type. Relevant for tax advisors and finance teams.
