Ten years in finance at UBS and Citadel, building data-driven models that consistently outperformed. John founded Vantage in 2014 after recognising the same opportunity existed far beyond the trading floor. He holds a dual Bachelor's and Master's in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from MIT.
Scarlett turns strategy into execution - particularly for scale-ups and PE-backed businesses navigating complex transformation. With roots at McKinsey and Goldman Sachs and deep expertise across SaaS, healthcare, and financial services, she brings the rigour and commercial instinct to make large-scale change stick.
Ryan brings 14 years of software and firmware development experience across Honeywell and UEC Altech, alongside operational leadership across 22 countries at GfK. He joined Vantage in 2017 to lead technical delivery and has since shaped both the product architecture and solutions practice.
Kim spent over a decade in global executive search and HR leadership across pharma and retail, including Gilead Sciences and MassDiscounters, before joining Vantage in 2018. She leads commercial strategy and has built out Vantage's HR analytics product suite - connecting people data to organisational performance.
